Stephanie Russell:
Following her lifelong dream of helping people, Stephanie entered the Licensed Massage Therapist program at Ashmead College of Massage after getting out of the Army. She graduated in 2006 and immediately began her practice. She believes massage has many benefits to the body and that everybody should have some form of body work performed on them on a regular basis in order to function better and live a healthier life.
Stephanie believes that each client has something to teach their therapist and in turn, hopes that she will be able to help educate her clients on self-help tactics. She is a strong believer in the philosophy that she doesn't fix a client, rather she helps them facilitate their body's own internal healing process.
Stephanie is skilled in deep tissue, Swedish, trigger point, and sports massage. She has a passion for treating women throughout pregnancy and after birth, and hopes to gain specialty training in treating infants.
